The focus of the workshop will be to inform the consortium about the scientific progress that has been made, to discuss data and findings, and to strengthen the collaboration between the different working groups.


ATTO consortium, including students and early career researchers.

The organizers aim for maximizing the time for scientific exchange and networking. Thus, most of the time will be dedicated to poster sessions, preceded by < 3 min poster presentations.

Registration is required for all participants of the upcoming ATTO meeting in Manaus. Registration is now open (click here). The deadline is August 31.

There will be no registration fee.

Travel Information

Manaus is best reached by plane, arriving at  Aeroporto Internacional de Manaus - Eduardo Gomes. There are few direct flight from Europe and the United States, but most flights connect via Rio de Janerio, Sao Paulo, Belem or Fortaleza.

From the airport, we recommend taking a taxi to your hotel.


We kindly ask all participants to arrange for their accommodation individually. Please check the map in the Venue tab for some recommendations frequently used by members from the ATTO consortium when visiting Manaus. Alternatively, ask your colleagues, who have been to Manaus before, or contact the organizational team via the form in the Contact tab.

The meeting will be held at the National Institute of Amazonian Research (INPA / MCTIC) in Manaus, Brazil.
